Shannon Moss came to the field of coaching through her own life experiences. After 21 years of marriage and 8 marriage counselors, she realized that it was time to let go of a relationship that no longer served her. Through this experience and the experience of her coaching and therapy clients, Shannon understands the roller coaster of emotions that can accompany divorce.

Shannon’s approach centers on uncovering your core values and using them as a compass to untangle the complexities of divorce. Together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you and help you make informed decisions that align with your values as you navigate one of the most challenging seasons of your life.

Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom into her coaching practice as she holds an MBA and is finishing her Masters of Social Work at the University of Utah in addition to completing an ICF-accredited coaching program. She was a teacher for 15 years and has a blended family with nine children ranging in age from 11-28.

Whether you’re initiating divorce, learning how to best support your children through a divorce, or coping with the choices of a previous partner, Shannon offers personalized, values-based coaching to support you as you take the next steps in your journey.
