Del Dickson practices in the areas of adoption, surrogacy/assisted reproduction, private guardian ad litem, custody, divorce, parentage, enforcement, child support, protective orders, and more. He joined with Jess because of her commitment to taking a child-centered and family-focused approach to family law cases. Prior to developing his family law practice, Del served as the Special Assistant United States in the Central District of California, and also served as the Law Clerk for the Hon. Dale S. Fischer in the Central District of California. In addition to these experiences, he also has litigated numerous complex civil cases on matters such as employment discrimination, wage-and-hour representative actions, and intellectual property.
Del lives with his husband Kirk, their two amazing kids, and their two dogs in Millcreek. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, traveling, and cooking.
